The Electronic Communications and Post Regulatory Authority (ARCEP) issued a communique on 20 October 2021 regarding on the type approval is mandatory. ARCEP inform the public that the provisions of articles 212 and 213 of law n 2017-20 of April 20, 2018 ,any importer or seller of mobile telephones, tablets and other radio electric equipment used for the transmission and / or reception of signals and correspondence, must ensure that these products have been homologated
