| The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services has introduced two new rulebooks, effective August 17, 2024: Rulebook on Administrative Fees: Details the amounts and methods for business entities to pay for administrative expenses related to the general authorization regime. This rulebook will apply starting January 1, 2025. Rulebook on Measurement and Inspection Conditions: Establishes requirements for businesses and legal entities to conduct measurements and inspections of electronic communication networks and equipment. It outlines necessary staff, equipment, and facilities, and how compliance will be monitored. |
