The Council of Ministers of Belarus has adopted Resolution No. 303, approving an updated version of the country’s Scientific and Technical Radio Frequency Regulations (NTRCh) as of June 6, 2025.
The revised document, developed by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization in collaboration with state enterprise BelGIE and national radio frequency services, aligns national regulations with the latest ITU Radio Regulations and incorporates changes from the 2019 and 2023 World Radiocommunication Conferences.
Key objectives of the update include advancing 4G, 5G, and 6G mobile broadband services, ensuring stable and affordable communication access, supporting secure service operations, and improving spectrum management for national and societal benefit.
