The Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted a Decree amending the Radio Frequency Bands Allocation Plan at its 77th session, based on Article 100, paragraph 5 of the Law on Electronic Communications (Official Gazette No. 35/23). The amendment, prepared by RATEL and submitted by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications with input from the autonomous province, was published in the Official Gazette No. 31 on 11 April 2025 and came into force on 12 April 2025.
This updated Plan defines the allocation of radio frequency bands for specific radio communication services, aligning with ITU Radio Regulations, international treaties, agreements, legal acts, recommendations, and relevant EU regulations. |
