The Communications Authority (CA) of Kenya has announced stricter requirements for Letters of Authorization (LoAs) submitted as part of regulatory approval processes. Under the updated rules, all LoAs must now be issued on official manufacturer or client letterhead.
In addition, the authority requires that LoAs include complete and accurate contact details, such as valid phone numbers, email addresses, and the company’s official website. The move is intended to enhance document authenticity, improve traceability, and strengthen compliance across all approval applications handled by the regulator. |
