| Qatar’s Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has updated the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP) as of 8 February 2026, replacing the 2022 version to support new spectrum use and improve efficiency. The update, aligned with WRC-23 outcomes and stakeholder consultations, introduces the 5925–6425 MHz band for WAS/RLAN, revises primary and secondary service allocations, and expands frequency bands available for short-range device (SRD) applications. |
