| The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of India has published the Guidelines for Use, Retention, and Disposal of Wireless Equipment under Wireless Operating Licenses (WOL), Experimental, and Demo Licenses on October 15, 2025. These Guidelines, which are now in effect, establish procedures governing the utilization, storage, and disposal of wireless equipment to ensure compliance with existing licensing conditions and regulatory standards. |
