As part of the Maroc Digital 2030 strategy, Morocco has launched a call for competition to grant licenses for establishing and operating 5G telecommunications networks. This initiative aims to enhance the country’s economic and social development through high-speed, low-latency 5G technology, benefiting sectors like industry, healthcare, transport, and agriculture.

The tender documents, available from ANRT, outline the regulatory, technical, and financial conditions for 5G network deployment, including service obligations, evaluation criteria, and the licensing process.

Bidders can request more information via fax or email. Once winners are selected, the terms will be formalized by decree and published in the Official Gazette.
