An order appointing Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong as deputy minister of information and communication was signed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday.

The post of Deputy Minister for Information and Communication has been assigned to Bui Hoang Phuong, 40 years old, who was previously Head of the Department of Personnel and Organization in the Ministry.

Minister Nguyen Manh Hung is currently in charge of the Ministry, accompanied by five Deputy Ministers: Phan Thi Phuong, Nong Huy Dung, Pham Duc Long, Ngoc Thanh Lam and Bui Hoang Phuong.
