The Board of the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ENTITY has resolved:
> Replace the ANNEX “FREQUENCY BANDS ATTRIBUTED TO BE USED BY LOW POWER DEVICES” (IF-2018-39836741-APN-DNPYC # ENACOM) of Resolution No. 507 of dated October 22, 2018 of the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ENTITY, by the ANNEX IF-2020-37371618-APN-SRR # ENACOM.
> To approve the Technical Standard ENACOM-Q2-60.14 V20.1 “Low Power Devices” that appears in ANNEX IF-2020-79216519-APN-SNYE # ENACOM.
> Determine that for the approval of those transmitters / transceivers that carry out unidirectional / bidirectional communications, whose emission levels generate low interference capacity to other systems, and that operate in the bands from 915 to 928 MHz, 2,400 to 2,483.5 MHz and 5.725 to 5. 850 MHz and are included in the scope of ENACOM Resolution No. 4.653 / 2019, it will be necessary to comply with the specifications provided in the ENACOM-Q2-60.14 Technical Standard.
> Repeal Article 4 of ENACOM Resolution No. 507 dated October 22, 2018.
> Establish a period of 90 calendar days from the publication of this resolution, within which all requests for Registration of low-power devices in RAMATEL, new and pending before this Body, may be evaluated in accordance with the minimum conditions and test methods established in the technical standard ENACOM-Q2-60.14 V18.1.
> Provide that, in the case of renewals, the test report submitted for the original registration may be accepted, as long as compliance with the limits established in the new regulations is demonstrated.
