According to Announce no. SQASI/CMCS/1/21/0020  we would like to reiterate that the product-marketing name is one of the required information to be declared in the type approval application.       

This information will be used to facilitate the customer and regulator’s enforcement team to verify product certification status through the CYL mobile application.

Product is marketed under more than one (1) marketing name, applicant shall submit the Multiple Marketing Name Declaration Form. Product that carry multiple marketing names shall meet the specific variation criteria as defined by SIRIM QAS International in the declaration letter.
