The president of Russia has announced that the function of the Federal Communications Agency (FCA, better known as FAC) will be moved to another department within the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.  The FAC system will continue to operate and FAC approvals will retain validity, but the approvals get expect delay during the transitional period.  Most probably the transition will take time to complete in between 6 months
