Serbia’s Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) initiated a public consultation regarding the Draft Regulations governing the allocation and utilization of radio frequency spectrum under the regime of general authorization. This consultation, which began on April 29, 2024, allows stakeholders to provide feedback and comments until May 30, 2024. Interested parties can access the consultation platform to participate.
