Ukraine has officially authorized the use of Wi-Fi 6E following amendments to the National Frequency Allocation Plan. The decision, formalized under Cabinet Decree No. 976 on August 13, designates the 5945–6425 MHz frequency range for unlicensed wireless LAN (WLAN) use.

This regulatory update aligns Ukraine’s spectrum policy with international standards, supporting the deployment of next-generation Wi-Fi technologies and improving network performance and connectivity nationwide.
