Paraguay’s telecom regulator, CONATEL, has approved technical standard NTC-RF-5925:2025, allowing the operation of low-power indoor (LPI) and very low-power (VLP) short-distance outdoor wireless access systems in the 5.925–6.425 MHz band. The National Frequency Allocation Plan assigns this band primarily to fixed and fixed-satellite services, while low- and very low-power wireless access systems are authorized on a secondary basis.
