ARPCE (Regulatory Agency for Posts and Electronic Communications) Congo has announced that a normal sample is mandatory required during any Type Approval applications in the country. Please be advised that that is applied to any ongoing and renewal projects. If a sample is a not available the certificate is subject to be cancelled
