The Ministry of Economy of Moldova issued an Order No 92/2022 on the approval of the List of Moldovan national standards that adopt harmonized European standards to the Technical Regulation on the safety of toys. The order was published in the Official Gazette on October 7, 2022 and became effective in a month after its publication date.
The Order was developed pursuant to the Decision (EU) 2021/1992 from the European Union (EU) on harmonized standards in support of Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys.

Government of the Republic of Moldova issued the Resolution #208. The resolution makes changes to the Decision of the Government of Moldova # 34 dated January 30, 2019 on approval of Technical Regulations “On ensuring the presence of radio equipment on the market”.
Government Decision no. 34/2019 on the approval of the Technical Regulation “Making available on the market radio equipment” will have the following content:
The Regulation became effective from its publication date in the Official Gazette of Moldova.

Due to the update in Moldavian regulations, the Moldavian recognized certification body will review and update all valid certificates, in case any need for further documents during this process the CB might contact the certificate holder directly.
The certificate holder is free to issue a DoC according to module A of the TR 34/2019, in this case the validity of the CoC will be cancelled

Decision of the Government of Moldova # 34 dated by January 30, 2019 will become effective from February 22, 2021. The Decision approves Technical Regulations “On ensuring the presence of radio equipment on the market” and terminates Decision № 1274/2007 on technical regulations approval of “Radio and telecommunication equipment and confirmation of their compliance”.
The Technical Regulation “On ensuring the presence of radio equipment on the market” contains some statements from the Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council. The Regulation applies to radio equipment excluding those exclusively used for activities concerning public security, defense, national security, including the economic well-being of the State, and the activities of the State in the area of criminal law.
According to the Decision #34, it is accepted to put radio equipment marked with SM conformity mark on the market of Moldova as well as into operation according to the requirements of Law No.235/2011 on accreditation and conformity assessment activities.
Once the conformity assessment of radio equipment intended for the national market is carried out by recognized conformity assessment bodies, the manufacturer or his authorized representative that is located in Moldova can affix the SM conformity mark.
